The Brunch Out Loud at Lucky Voice with unlimited food and drinks was a fantastic experience, and the multiple dining options at MOne and MTwo were exceptional.

the reception employee, Miss. Nahid, was extremely helpful and informative, making our check-in process quick and easy. the restaurant staff were amazing, always wearing a natural smile and displaying great patience. the food was delicious and diverse, with a wonderful variety of fresh options. Every employee at the hotel was extraordinarily qualified, making our experience very enjoyable. the location is one of the best in the city, with direct access to the metro station and a supermarket just steps away. the spacious room, Room 5901, offered an amazing view of Dubai's spectacular skyscrapers. This will definitely be my first choice when I return.

the rooms were spacious and super clean. the hotel is located right in front of the metro station - making it super convenient to get around. local insight: lots of 24-hour options nearby. the staff - especially ms. nahid - were amazing and made our stay memorable.

Spacious room with breathtaking views on the 49th floor. The pool area is ideal for families with kids. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station. The room is clean and serviced daily. The hotel is highly recommended. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived at the valet parking, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The spacious and well-appointed room offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The convenient location next to the Metro station made it easy to explore Dubai. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness studio, were top-notch. The friendly and attentive staff made sure that every need was met. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected throughout my stay.
The difficulty in reaching different departments over the telephone, and the guest services' lack of knowledge when I asked for band-aids.
